Led by Wagor Executive Director Sabrina Wu and Oita Trinita President Masakaze Ozawa, the collaboration will be implemented across Wagor’s five campuses, spanning kindergarten, elementary, and WISE programs. Drawing on the expertise of the J-League system, elite Japanese coaches will deliver small-group training designed to ensure precision, quality, and individual attention.

More than technical skill, the program emphasizes discipline, teamwork, resilience, and perseverance—qualities that define athletes on the field and leaders in life. Through football, a universal language, students develop character, confidence, and a global outlook.

Ahead of the signing ceremony, Japanese coaches led an exclusive training session for Grade 3 and Grade 5 students on Wagor’s five-a-side soccer field. Teachers and students trained side by side in an open, inclusive environment that transcended age and nationality—an authentic expression of Wagor’s global education philosophy.

This partnership builds upon the letter of intent signed in Japan in October 2025, marking the first time in J-League history that a professional football club partnered with an overseas education institution to establish a youth training system. The official signing further strengthens this collaboration and reaffirms Wagor’s commitment to whole-child development and international education.

今日，葳格國際學校正式與日本J聯盟「大分三神足球俱樂部（Oita Trinita）」完成合作簽約儀式，在中華民國足球協會的見證下，開啟臺灣足壇新篇章。

在吳菀庭執行董事與大分三神社長小澤正風的帶領下，從今年開始，這項臺日合作即會落實於葳格幼兒園、小學與國際部五大校區。我們引進了嚴謹且專業的青年足球訓練，並邀請擁有日本職業足球背景的小森由貴、小川圭佑與高山薰等名將組成教練團隊，為孩子打造小班制的足球課程。期盼透過足球這項全球性的語言，引領孩子們接軌國際，從中學習紀律、合作與堅持，將運動家精神內化為陪伴一生的人格特質。

簽約儀式前，日籍教練特別指導G3和G5的孩子，在學校的五人制足球場上熱血「開踢」，連外師們也忍不住下場觀摩交流。這種不分年齡、不分國界，為了熱愛的目標衝刺的視野，正是葳格要帶給孩子的世界。

回首 2025 年 10 月，與大分三神在日本簽屬合作意向書時，便創下日本 J 聯盟史上，首度有職業球隊與海外教育機構建立足球培育體系的里程碑。今日的正式簽約，不僅象徵雙方夥伴關係的深化，更是葳格深耕全人與國際教育的具體實踐。
