Wagor Elementary School has invited a few famous speakers to give out meaningful speeches during Family Appreciation Month. This year, we’ve invited Mr. Chong-Jian Lee, a well-known writer, to share his experience and the skills and techniques to guide children through effective conversation. He quoted, “As our living style changes along with the quick evolution of technology, the ways of how people communicate changes from one-way to two-way.” In addition, example is better than precept. Children observe and learn from how their parents behave; therefore, it is very important that parents’ behaviors accord with their words. 親職教育講座--從對話引導孩子成長

　　105學年度溫馨五月天系列活動之第二場親職教育講座於5月12日下午辦理。本次邀請知名作家李崇建老師為家長暢談如何有效引導孩子對話，講座吸引近70位家長到場聆聽，而家長委員會吳忠華會長更是代表委員會，購買20本李崇建老師新書來贈送給參與的家長。

　　李老師在講座中，以科技的演變帶出環境由「聽話」轉為「對話」模式的差異，並不斷的邀請家長進行實際的對話練習，而他精辟的分析，更是一針見血地勾勒出一般家長常遇到與孩子對話中的邏輯錯誤與迷思，同時不斷提醒大人語法中帶有二元對立性的談話，一定要去避免，且引導孩子察覺到對問題本身的省思，才能真正有效帶來改善與正向的回饋。他強調「身教」是一個影響深遠的複製行為，身為家長的角色一定要從自己做起。從中也鼓勵家長，雖然會自責，會失敗，但是千萬不要忘記先愛自己。

　　整場講座在李崇建老師充滿實際對談經驗的傳遞中，使家長們個個在意猶未盡的氛圍裡結束，幾位家長不約而同表示，這次的講座真是受益良多，同時也希望學校可以再次邀請李崇建老師進行相關的講座。
