The Theme Song of My Life 我的生命主打歌

It is scientifically proven that music helps us heal. When the rhythm and beats match with our emotion, it stimulates the human brain and recalls some of our deepest memories. Music is powerful and can be used as a stimulator to help bringing people closer together. This semester, the counselor’s office organized a special activity for the fifth graders, using music as a core element. Students were asked to jog down the name of a song that means the most to their life, regardless of genre, style, or language. Then, they were asked to write down a description of how this song relates to their life experience. Next, the sharing opportunity began with Mr. Jiang and Ms. Wang’s theme songs. After that, volunteers from the student crowd were picked to on stage to share their theme songs and stories behind them. Finally, students were broken up into small groups to discuss meaningful events of their lives. Sharing becomes more emotional and meaningful with music involved. It wasn’t until this event that weve discovered many courageous and inspiring stories that happened in our students’ lives. May this sharing experience help to plant a seed of hope in their hearts, and eventually grow to become something great in the future days.

班級輔導活動--我的生命主打歌

  聆聽音樂時,常會刺激人們在腦海中產生相關的意念或意象,其中包含獲得的想法或回顧的往事。研究已證實,音樂可引起聆聽者的情緒,尤其當音樂的氣氛與聽者的心情吻合時,更會使聽者產生被了解、被接受的感覺;也能喚起人們內心最深刻的情感,無形之中拉近了人與人之間的距離。 

  因此,本學期輔導室針對五年級各班學生進行一節以音樂為媒材的班級輔導活動,希望能以音樂帶來的功能,了解孩子的生活經驗,並且與班上同學分享。在活動開始之前,輔導室先邀請五年級學生進行任務,必需選擇一首對自己很重要的歌,其中不限定歌的類型、曲風、語言,而且不能讓班上其他同學知道,還要寫下所選歌曲的生活經驗。活動時,由輔導室的江主任與王會君老師分別先分享自己的生命主打歌開場,再依序播放各班被挑選出五位同學的歌曲並分享他們重要的生命歷程,同時藉由播放的歌曲和全班同學共同討論聆聽之後的想法。

  透過音樂的節奏和旋律,感受不同的情緒並相互交流情感和生活體驗,在過程中,我們發現了許多孩子令人佩服的韌力及勇氣的故事,這就是生命主打歌的活動目標。藉由活動,悄然埋下觸動心靈的希望種子,願它慢慢茁壯,甚而萌發出能夠點燃並照亮孩子心中生命裡那最良善的火種。
