The Theme Song班級輔導活動--我的生命主打歌

This semester, the counselor’s office organized a special activity for the fifth graders, using music as a core element. Students were asked to jog down the name of a song that means the most to their life, regardless of genre, style, or language. Then, they were asked to write down a description of how this song relates to their life experience. Next, the sharing opportunity began with Mr. Jiang and Ms. Wang’s theme songs. After that, volunteers from the student crowd were picked to on stage to share their theme songs and stories behind them. Finally, students were broken up into small groups to discuss meaningful events of their lives. Sharing becomes more emotional and meaningful with music involved. It wasn’t until this event that weve discovered many courageous and inspiring stories that happened in our students’ lives. May this sharing experience help to plant a seed of hope in their hearts, and eventually grow to become something great in the future days.

班級輔導活動--我的生命主打歌

生命教育課程,意在喚醒學生心中最溫馨柔軟與激勵正向思考的價值,並希望藉由這樣的核心意義,增加與延續學生知識習得之外的多元內在學習,並試著探索與內化自己存在的哲學思考。

本次五年級輔導活動-我的生命主打歌,以團體課程方式,輔以藝術治療的核心概念,加上音樂(歌曲)作為媒介,進而從中引導出每個孩子,在自己的生命經驗中,最富有意義的聯結經歷,並希冀帶領他們敘述出自己最重要的生命轉變故事。活動時,由輔導室的江主任與王會君老師分別先分享自己的生命主打歌開場,再依序播放各班被挑選出同學的歌曲並分享他們重要的生命歷程,同時藉由播放的歌曲和全班同學共同討論聆聽之後的想法。

  透過音樂的節奏和旋律,感受不同的情緒並相互交流情感和生活體驗,在過程中,我們發現了許多孩子令人佩服的韌力及勇氣的故事,這就是生命主打歌的活動目標。或許不是每個故事都是那麼的吸引人,但透過彼此分享的氛圍中,總會悄然埋下觸動心靈的希望種子,然後在未來的有一天萌發出,真正的認識自己的內在。
