Wagor Elementary School 15^th Graduation was carried out on June 16^th, 2017. The graduation theme of this year was “forever friendship”; therefore, we came up with the slogan “Wagor, turning our best moments into memories”. The graduation performance was brought to the crowd in a form of musical theater, including a mix of western and eastern drama, The Wizard of Oz and Momotaro, along with modern dances and singing. Students even filmed their own cast interview, and creatively used it as an opening of their play. The entire production was carried out by Wagor students in English, and they even elevated the standard by incorporating the valedictorian speech into this presentation. In fact, our graduates spent almost the entire semester preparing for this performance. As teachers, we are proud to say that Wagor graduates can not only speak English fluently, but also use it as a tool to accomplish various creative projects. 

葳格高級中學附設小學於國際會議中心亞洲廳舉行第15屆畢業典禮，畢業生以活潑熱鬧的全英文歌舞劇，大秀優異不凡的英語能力，並互飆演技，成為今年畢業典禮最大的亮點，讓畢業生家長及與會嘉賓讚聲不絕，會場洋溢無比歡樂氣氛，沖淡了不少離情依依。

葳格教育體系董事章新汶、袁復邦、袁偵智、吳錫勳、沈月清和總校長許焴楨、小學部校長陳瑞瑛及葳格家長會總會長余有發、小學部家長會長吳忠華等出席盛會，台中市政府參議廖素玲則代表林佳龍市長到達祝福葳小畢業生前程萬里。

袁復邦董事代表葳格教育體系創辦人袁昶平致詞時表示，六年來的成長軌跡，展現在這光榮時刻，孩子是國家未來的希望和驕傲。葳格教育體系會持續秉持16年一貫的教育理念，雙語教學模式併進，融合品德教育，引領著孩子拓展國際視野。祝福孩子們就要開始人生另一段新的學習道路，也感謝傾注了無數心血的師長與家長們，各位家長對葳格小學的信任與支持，讓葳格有機會與孩子們一起全方位成長。未來也會繼續努力，讓葳格教育體系在永續教育歷程中，成為具遠見及宏觀的領導角色，也為孩子架構一條通往世界的橋樑。

葳格雙語小學首度隆重推出畢業公演英語劇「Wagor,Turning our Best Moments into Memories!」經由小學部外師與ESL老師的指導帶領，並與同學們不斷討論後，葳格雙語小學首度將英語歌舞劇搬到畢業典禮上，以百老匯經典歌舞劇「桃樂絲」「桃太郎」作為畢業生最佳的盛宴。

畢業生演員們把童話故事以高規格的百老匯現場演出，最原汁原味的寫實場景與臨場感，發揮紮實的英文訓練，讓家長和來賓們彷彿進入華麗的葳格百老匯，體驗不同於童話故事所呈現出來的感官享受。

其實，畢業班孩子們2個月前就開始籌備，利用課餘時間製作道具、進行排演、練舞、歌唱、及音效安排，就是要讓觀眾大開眼界。這樣的辛苦是值得的，因為舞台上的輝煌道具與燈光色彩，都無法代替他們臉上的光彩。

畢業生演員們說，在籌備和彩排期間深刻體會到，戲劇的靈魂不在於精美的道具上，而是全體同學對這部戲劇付出多少的熱忱。戲劇不只是戲劇，而是一個團體的智慧與精神。

在精彩的歌舞劇表演之後，來到感性的時刻，大家一起回顧孩子們擔任小小志工和各項活動的影片，還有師長耳提面命的教導，當校歌響起，一向活潑好動的孩子也不禁離情依依，孩子們和師長家長抱成一團，表達敬謝師恩和感謝父母恩。
