The counselor’s office organized two activities integrating life education. One activity involved writing cards to friends and the other was to donate one’s allowance to charity. These activities were designed to help our students understand the importance of social interactions and getting along with others. Our teachers guided students to write Thank You cards in English and Chinese. Through these activities, students learned the value of supporting their friends and encouraging each other.

The school joined the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families Gift Bag Fundraiser and raised $296,936 in just two weeks. Many families were helped by our support and experienced the love shared by our students. As a result, our students have realized that the power of love is far beyond what we can imagine.

The principal of Xitun campus, Mr. Shen, said that Wagor doesn’t just teach knowledge in the classroom. We also hope to inspire our students to care about quality of life through activities that we hold and put this into practice in their daily lives.

 　　本年度歲末感恩活動，於12月9～20日為期兩週進行，並在23日利用學生朝會及綜合課時間，配合節慶舉行捐贈儀式及聖誕點燈，讓全校師生在充滿感恩、充滿歡樂的幸福氛圍中，準備迎接全新的2020。

　　輔導室為了融入生命教育議題，因而設計兩個主軸：一個是利用寫卡片給好朋友的方式，增進孩子明白「群我關係」的重要；另一個以捐出零用錢的實際行動，幫助孩子體驗「人我共在」的和諧。書寫感恩卡時，高年級結合英文課程、中低年級利用中文課程引導孩子，讓他們了解在學習的道路上與人生的旅途中，朋友間能夠相互陪伴、支持鼓勵的重要；捐款活動則是結合「南台中家扶中心-寒冬送暖、傳愛起跑」進行「暖心福袋、資金募集」，在短短兩週的時間，全校便募得296,936元，使越來越多個需要幫助的家庭，都能感受孩子滿滿的愛，也讓孩子發現，愛的力量不容小覷。

　　沈月清校長表示，本校的教育不單只是在教室中對專門知識的培養，而是透過活動的引導與體驗，希望啟發葳格孩子對於生命的關懷與體悟，並且實踐在日常生活中，進而創造出不一樣的生命價值。
