In 2022, the football World Cup took place in Qatar from November 20th to December 19th. The World Cup is a massive and influential international event. Consequently, the Land of Oz thought of a new project, to create a fun World Cup Day. The King of Oz declared an architectural competition, to build an amazing football stadium. The people in the Land of Oz used shapes to bring their creative and dynamic ideas to life. This football game was unique to the Land of Oz.

2022年的足球世界盃於卡達舉行，正式比賽時間為11月20日至12月19日。國際足球總會世界盃，又稱世界盃足球賽，通常簡稱世界盃，是一項國家級男子足球隊之間的國際比賽，也是世界足壇規模最大、最具影響力的賽事。因此，奧茲國推出了最新企劃「世足賽 High Fun 天」的活動，在幫足球選手加油的同時，奧茲國的百姓利用不同國家國旗的元素，創造一個屬於「奧茲國」的國旗，另外還創造了一顆屬於「奧茲國」獨創的足球，最後奧茲國的國王更決定要建造一座媲美卡達足球場，且可以舉辦國際賽事的場地，因此國王創辦「奧茲足球建築大賽」。請百姓利用幾何圖形（柱體、錐體或其他不同形體）進行發想，完成一座富具創意性、藝術性、獨特性的個人創意建築設計。
