18領袖風範-新竹啟動  【2023葳格第18屆領袖營】

The "2023 Wagor 18th Leadership Camp" in Hsinchu marks its 18th year in offering fifth-grade students leadership training activities. Through strict discipline, they learn the essence of leadership and being a supportive team member, while honing obedience and leadership skills. The camp aims to nurture future leaders and instill leadership qualities in Wagor children, fostering respect and acceptance of leadership from a young age.

Led by seven instructors at Hsinchu's Little Ding-Dong Science Theme Park, the camp fosters young leaders through teamwork, encouraging their independent potential. With diverse training and challenges, our fifth-grade students learned problem-solving while switching between leadership and support roles, thus emphasizing teamwork.

Cheers echoed as teams vied for honor, and evening activities around the campfire unleashed the vitality of young leaders, leaving lasting memories.

The fifth-grade participants will treasure their camp experiences, and share the pride of participation.

   「葳格領袖培訓營」邁入第18年，再次為五年級學生規劃一系列領袖培訓活動，經由嚴密的紀律，瞭解領導與被領導的真義，並學習服從與領導的技巧。

      由七位教官在「新竹小叮噹科學主題樂園」領軍的領袖營，培養小領袖透過團隊合作，激發獨立自主的潛能。

      歷經一次次挑戰，多元豐富的培訓課程，讓小小領袖學習與同儕共同解決問題，認真看待新挑戰。孩子的角色，就在領導與被領導之間進行角色的轉換，而達到課程的中心主旨--團隊合作。

      每當中隊爭取榮譽時，響亮一致的口號聲迴盪在小叮噹科學園區的每個角落。晚會活動在點燃營火的那一剎那，釋放了小領袖們的活力與熱情，而歡欣雀躍與盡情參與，是此次活動留下美好回憶的證明。
