Our fifth graders joined the 2019 Leadership Camp led by six instructors at Tainan Tsou Ma Lai Farm this year.

     The school designed a series of leadership cultivation activities. These activities were designed to help students to understand what being a leader means and learn what makes a good leader and a good follower. Through teamwork, students were inspired to meet their leadership potential.

     The principal of the Xitun campus, Mr. Shen, and Mr. Yo, the director of the Research and Development department gave speeches during the opening ceremony. Both of them encouraged the students to learn about the spirit of being a leader, carry out every task diligently, and enhance class cohesion through team efforts.

     During the campfire party, the students’ enthusiasm and laughter lit up the night; this activity will become one of their fondest memories.

     The Leadership Camp gave students the opportunity to get out of their comfort zones. They cultivated independence and leadership traits; students will strive for team pride while solving problems, facing changes and becoming a true leader both now and in the future.

「最強的學校是~葳格小學!!」今年五年級的學生在六位教官的帶領下，移師至台南走馬瀨農場展開葳格國際學校小學部「第15屆領袖培訓營」。

   學校規劃了一系列領袖培訓活動，經由嚴密的紀律，讓學生瞭解領導與被領導的真義，並學習服從與領導的技巧，培養小領袖透過團隊合作，激發獨立自主的潛能。

   西屯校區小學部沈月清校長和游宗穎研發長親臨現場，在開訓典禮上勉勵每位學生學習領袖精神，藉由小組合作，完成每一項任務，凝聚班級向心力。

   晚會活動在點燃營火的那一剎那，釋放了小領袖們的活力與熱情，歡欣雀躍與盡情參與，是此次活動留下美好回憶的證明。

兩天一夜的活動，學生們脫離舒適圈，從活動中培養領袖的特質與獨立生活的能力，積極認真為自己所屬的中隊爭取榮譽，在面對挑戰、解決問題中培養領袖特質。
